Some error are just stubborn and will not clear after following the procedures below.  These
types of errors are usually cleared by performing a RAM Clear.  There's a couple of way of 
doing this.

1.  Get a Clear chip IVC103 or the like (note a clear and a set chip are two different things).
2.  Sometimes you can get the game chip to clear ram by swaping game chips with a much older/
    much newer chip.  I used SP731/SP1271 combination when I didn't have clear chip.  Basically
    you install the other game chip, go through the clear procedures listed above and your
    error should clear.  Then you can put back your other game chip (if that's what you want)
    and go through the clear procedures listed above.

Note that doing any of these two will require a SET chip to re-enable your bill validator, so
make sure you have one.
