I just got a 5 reel double top dollar with topper and when I first turned it on it had a short causing the main VFD to go out and I tracked it down to the wireing going to the topper and I fixed that. Now the machine is working fine but a few of the bulbs in the topper are out I took that apart and see that they are solder on and there are no numbers on them can I get replacement bulbs or do I need to get a whole new ring.

Please Post Pictures  I have fixed an LED topper board that came out of an Atronic topper with a common LED flashlight bulb.  It is as near to perfect as I could have hoped for but I am unsure of your exact application.  Post some pics and I am sure the experts here will be right there to help you.

They are white LED's but they are not clear but diffused or frosted not sure of the exact term.
your best bet is to find another board either one for parts or a good one and use the one you have now for parts in the future.
LED"s have a polarity to them.
