I had a chance to hook up one of these today.

http://na.suzohapp.com/accessories/91440000.htm

You will find that there are two yellow wires that run to the LED driver board and to the Chase Light control board. This YELLOW wire is ground. The RED wire requires +12 volts to power the Chase light board.

You will find on the Backlit  LED control board one Yellow and one BLACK wire for power. As before the YELLOW wire is GROUND and the black wire requires +25 volts DC.

I looked at the specs on the Backlit LED power board I.C. and the specs claim that the chip will run between 4.5 volts and 40 volts. In this case i tried using +12 volts however this was not enough to make the backlit LED's do anything. I had to use +25 volts to make them light. In this case the Topper was being used on a IGT S2000 machine which has +25 volts used for the fan and the fluorescent light transformer in the top box.
