It usually starts Halloween night but it doesn't stick until like after american Thanksgiving.
Any snow after the turkey football game or before Chanukah - stays until April.

Buzz calls it pink, but actually us normal folks call it purple! So in all actuality I would've accepted purple too. but I think pink suits Buzz better.

Since everyone had such colorful answers and ideas, I figured a +1 (Karma, or whatever) lightning bolt karma storm lightning bolt is appropriate for this thread! I'll have to owe bunker and uniman a little extra!
