Help Wanted, I am looking for information, history, manuals, and paper for a Casino Equipment International Inc., Reel type slot machine. You can see the model number is in the photo's which is Model No. 140 05. I know someone who owns this machine and wants to fix it, or have it fixed. I am unable to find much on this company or this machine. Is Casino Equipment International Inc., the same company as Casino Electronic Company? are they one of the same? There has to be some older casino operator out there that remembers these and maybe has something on this machine. If so, and this reaches you, or you know who I might call on for this information Please let me know. This company was out of Las Vegas, so that is why I am posting for help here. Also do you know why this machine is also carrying the IGT serial number tag, along with the CEI tag?

As for the IGT tag,
They took machines in on trade for new IGT machines. Just a marketing strategy to get a competitors game off the floor and theirs in its place.
Then refurbished the machines and sold them. I have a few Bally machines with the IGT tags.

My CEI video poker machine  is Casino Electronics Inc.

always wondered why that igt tag shows up where it shouldn't be all the time! This CEI has me confused, is Casino electronics inc, and Casino Equipment International inc the one and same company maybe, or maybe changed there name later? This is all looking like CEI, only don't understand the different names. Thanks for clearing up why IGT tag's show up in the damest places like on this one! So, IGT took it in trade sometime later, as I kind of felt this was a early 80's machine. Thanks!

Come on out there you guys and gal's, someone knows just what this thing is!

Thanks ALL for the support!

I know this is an old post, but I'm a new member and just ran across it.
I don't have any paperwork, but I do have used parts from about three different machines.
I have pc boards, reel assemblys, coin hoppers, card cages and one cabinet.
I don't have any power supplies.
If any one is interested in any of it, let me know.
