I'm working on a Buckly/Mills 25c Guarnteed Jackpot for my Doctor, I just finished and sold a 5c one same style, for a buddy of mine, Docs machince was frozen someone put in back in the case with the coin recg. arm out of place and badly gummed up, I straighten the coin arm, cleaned and oiled it, works fine just will not pay off, I was told I needed to set the Reels? Thanks for any and all info, Ron Costanza
