This manual 821-283-00 is an old one (Dec. 15, 1997). It only covers;

S+
PE
GK
Vision

It does not enclude S-2000s. There maybe a newer one but I don't have it.

Slotsx2's manual is located here: ftp colon //www.brichter.org/Slot/IGT_S2000.7z I managed to get the file size down to 55MB

Anyone who needs this, contact me for user/password info. I'd post here but I don't need every web crawler on the face of the planet trying to download it from my ftp server...

Sorry, the forum software has autocorrect and it keeps breaking the link by prepending http:// in front of the link.

Joey!!! Turn that crap feature off, please.

Just so everyone is aware, I'm limiting access to one person at a time so:
a) the download finishes in a reasonable amount of time and  yes
b)you all don't suck up all of my meager upload speed  Silly Me! bust gut laughing bust gut laughing

So, be patient and I'll PM everyone in order of their request, there's been a little bit of interest in this.  applause

Thanks to slotsx2 for sending it my way.  Hail Clap applause

I just got a Bally S2000 and need to get a manual for it.  If you could send me the link or how to get it, I would greatly appreciate it.   Someone is giving me a Bally E-seriets 3 reel slot  with no bill validator.  It is going to need to be cleaned, greased, etc. and it would be great if I could get that manual too.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME OUT IF YOU CAN.  .....SANDY

 NLG Welcome Sandy wave

Actually, IGT makes the S2000, not Bally. If you are having specific issues, you might want to start a new thread in the S2000 board and ask for help. If you are looking for general information on how to program the settings, etc., that information is found in various PSRs (Program Summary Report) that are specific to each set of SG chips (Stepper Game), and we would need to know which SG chipset is in your machine. It would also be a good idea to browse the S2000 forum, particularly if you have a specific question in mind, as the settings can get a bit complicated.

Contrary to the what the name implies, the game chips do not determine which game you have installed (so telling us that you have a Double Diamond, for example, probably won't help much). The specific game theme is determined by the SB (Stepper Base) chip in the machine. Think of the SG chips as the program that runs the machine and the SB chip as the data with the info about the reels, payout values, number of coins to take, etc.

I'll upload my copy of the basic Bally E series manual to the Submit a New File section (blue button on the left under the banner ads) and will send you a PM with the password. However, the manual is not comprehensive. Again, you might want to read some of the threads on the Bally Reel Games board.

Hope this helps some.

IGT did not make one manual to cover any one of  their machines. They are all divided up
into category's like maintenance, mechanical, electronic diagrams, game software,
trouble shooting, installation, etc. Some apply to other machine too.

So what are you interested in.
