Why don't you use a SP1311 that uses a set88 or set90. Much easier chips to find. Both are 10mHz and type  0,1,4,5,12,14 ??

I need a SP with newest SAS version and SP1312 version is 4 and SP1311 version is 3.06.

I have the SP1312 but I do not have the Set111.
