I am having a problem with Bios, Clear, OS combinations!! Got 4 machines with some items missing, IE: OS, Clear, etc...

I thought today I might have figured out my problem, NOT!
I have 2 M9000's. The running one has Hot Shots Blazing Sevens, EXCELLENT game! Anyway, I have been trying to get the machines I just got a couple weeks ago running with various combinations of Bios, Clear and OS configurations.... Not a whole lot of luck.... Then I had an idea, I took the MPU out of my running M9000, it has a 1 GB MPU, and put it in my non running M9000..... IT WORKED!! Ran Perfectly.... Hmmmmmmmm, so, if I get out my chart of BIOS, OS and CLEAR configurations, it should work on my 512MHZ........
NOT!! NOW WHAT???

1GB Configuration....                                512 Configuration
BIOS   - AVBBP26S1GHZ‐03                      BIOS   - AVBBP26S300M‐03
CLEAR - AVOCLEAR0335‐01                      CLEAR - AVOCLEAR0335‐01
OS      - AVOS00000336‐XX                      OS       - AVOS00000336‐XX

What am I missing????   Scratch Head

Your chip configurations are correct. You may have a bad bios chip on the 512. Details of what happens or not happen and what errors would help

I put just the clear in, it either hums, does nothing, or I get 4 red lines, 2 straight across on the top and the bottom of the red lights on front of the MPU???????
