Title: MIKOHN - CYCLE STEALER SUPREME #321-035-00 REV D
Post by: derek on June 10, 2009, 03:13:17 AM
Hi all,
I am new to this site. I have a sign that has a "MIKOHN  -  CYCLE STEALER SUPREME #321-035-00  REV D" board in it, and am trying to connect to a progressive. Has anyone any schematics or any info for this board please.

Hiya Derek and welcome to NLG! :3-

I've never heard of that particular board but
we have a few mikohn experts that may be able to chime in on this and give you a hand!
One thing for sure, we love pictures and if you post a good clear pic of your board...
I 'm sure that'll help us figure it out!

Do you have the pin input  info? This was originally connected to a mikhon Supercontroller, and I now need to connect to a Grips Progressive. I have tx, rx & gnd, but are not sure where to connect to. Also do I need to change any settings?

I've never heard of a Grips progressive. Let me see if I can dig up the pinouts.

Hi All

For future reference - Derek has probably solved this by now  :89-

Grips is a systems company based in Austria (Part of Atronics) - System is also known as crystal web.
The Grips system is capable of direct interface to a proressive equipment like Mikohn and Paltronics. (Ie progressive pulses are not coming from individual machines but are calculated by the GRIPS system based on accounting data coming to the system via GRIPS equipment)

Regards
Ian

No, couldn't find the Grips side of the harness for the pinout, not even with Google.

Hi

SB - Not home use friendly. Hardware is expensive and you will need a lot of computing power to get it working plus you will need big bucks to purchase the sw
Used this system at one of my previous employers - About 8000 machines accross the group. Smartcard system. All devices connected together with standard networking infrastucture.
According to this add there are some install in the states.
