Comes with light bracket, nextplex distribution board, speakers and cooling fan.  $40 or best offer plus fedex ground shipping.  It's very heavy but I have a nice box to ship it in.

The shipping isn't all that bad actually. I sent a 31" from coast to coast and shipping was around $40-45 FedEx if I remember correctly.

Wasn't that about the price? I know we checked around and that was considerably lower than some carriers.
