Post by: clongames on September 03, 2009, 11:24:04 PM
Hello, it(he,she) wanted to know that signs take every cable that there goes out of the card mother of a machine IGT.
I want to prove(try) manually the increase of the well, this way like resetear the progressive one, as if it(he,she) was with the machine.
The controller is a CON2 - V4.01.
I wait could help me with an explanation

Not sure I understand fully what you are looking for here, but the top picture is mine.

I do not have that cable connected to a CON2, I have it connected to a CHAMII+, here is the harness diagram. the picture shown is the connector at the S+ motherboard.

<edit> I also found the pinout for the CON2I

brown= Jackpot/Coin In
blue= Common
white =Serial Return

 :131-

brown= Jackpot/Coin In, If I connect it with the common one they increase the coins in the display
blue= Common
white =Serial Return, That sign flows for terminal this one.

A help, since these signs work

I know this is an old thread, but I have a question.
I'm using the CHAMII controller and power supply in a S+ machine.
I have the 311-205-31 connector cable. The one end goes to the CHAMII+ J7 connector,
The other end (Machine end) is suppose to connect to the J12 connector.
Is this the J12 connector on the motherboard? That J12 is a 4 pin connector that is much larger than the small 6 pin connector of the cable.

Yes , refer to the top picture 2 posts above. 3 wires are needed and they goto J12 on the Motherboard not the removable MPU board. It is a larger style connector. I made my own using 3 individual wires with insulated connectors (heat shrink) could not find a plug that fit.

If you have a 6 pin connector. how many wires are in the connector?
I suspect if it black 6 pin connector with a locking tab it is for the S2000, Vision, Game King, I -game etc.

Foster, you must be correct. Yes it's the small flat 6 pin connector with the locking tab.
I'll look for the correct cable needed.
K+ to ya...
