I think we have them available, not sure if they are exactly what you need, as I know nothing about EMs. I will have to ask my husband tonight and then I'll post back and let you know.

If the reader looks like this then it is a E series machine.

There are two different type of reel readers. Early ones were 50V and have a small light bulb and a phototrans. The later one is a 5V infrared version, and are marked 5V.. If your not sure what you have there is a Bally part numbers on the readers... I have both the 50V & 5V readers that I can sell but I would like a broken one for an exchange since I have the parts to repair them.

If it's jammed, force it... If it breaks it needed to be replaced anyway...

I told you I didnt know anything about EMs! Apparently, EMs don't even have reel readers!!   bust gut laughing 

Anyway, we need to know if it's a E1000 or E2000. Get the model # off the side of the machine or post a picture of the machine and then we'll be able to ID it and get you the correct reader you need.
