Still trying to get this one up and going: Rocket and others where are you?  I can't refer to the previous thread, and at my age, my memory is lousy.

So far: On start up power supply has correct voltages at output.  "Winner Paid", Coin In "Last Game, "This Game" LED's light, otherwise, nothing.  Tried the "Test" toggle switch but got nothing. 

Help.
