Horsetraded for a new gas tube, eject door assembly, forward assist, some pulled handguards, and the delta ring/components for mounting the handguards.

Now I just need an e-clip for the eject door, barrel, barrel extension, barrel nut, gas block w/weaver base, and the pin for the base to finish the build.
