i have ram cleared and reconfig my atronic ic cash but i get a hopper error.i am not using the hopper just the hand pay .i thing i need the software and dongle,but i wanted to know if anyone had a way to bypass the hopper or let me know what i am doing wrong,i did not see a way to switch off the hopper.i believe i reset to factory default,and that which is hopper activated.

Go into machine setup menu and set hopper to off, or no hopper. Then turn key to activate the setting.

it won't let me make the change it does not have that option in config mode or in setup....yjam

I don't have a hopper in my machine either.  You should get to the setting screen  and turn it off.  See photo below.

Hi,

For desactivate the hopper you need the software.
But, if you don't have the connector and software, you can leave the hopper and set the Payout at 0 as all payments will be
paid manually.
