IGT Reel touch hard drive BAD.

The hard drive in my top box bit the big one. Read write heads are banging together. No hope of saving data.
The question I am afraid to ask is .....What torture am I going to have to go thru to get this back running?
I have extra blank drives. Is there any way get an image sent to me?
Do I need to watch version numbers of the software i PUT ON THE HARD DRIVE.....aaaahhhhhhh :30-
