System halted reboot to continue

Slam:
I just installed a kit for a buddy of mine. When I start it up it says:
       Media check failed
       Trouble with RFA attempting to restore
        Performing restore
        Restore unsucessful
        
         System halted
          Reboot to continue....
  Any ideas on how to proceed?  Also, any idea what order to put Tabasco reel strips in?
