People used to get them from Sunkist Graphics, but I don't know if they still sell these to individuals. You might contact them, or one of our vendors might have some for sale.

Here are some files that I did up for the machines.
They print out / look nice on glossy Injet paper
If you use just regular paper its too thin and you see the fibers of the paper and they look crappy.
The files are password protcted because they have an embedded font and some versions of word say Hey I don't recognise that font and then do a font substitution making the output pretty useless.
So if you open them read-only you don't have that problem. I think its an option you can turn on/off on word but I haven't found it. Theroretically you should not be doing font substitution on an embedded font otherwise whats the purpose of ebedding one in the first place .... got to love friggen Microsoft.
The password is Operate8 (note case sensitivie).
So if you don't have the font substitution problem you can go in and use the IGT style font to write up whatever your needs are.

I have also included a JPG which I think orginally from a graphic ocmpany as it is designed to be printed in reverse. I have tried working with this a couple of times and since you can't print "white" onto translucent colored material these are not much use.
You can of course use a graphics program to flip them and then print out like the others but the sizes are again a bit off from what I built and as this is JPG you are limited to stretching and skewing vs playing with exact font sizes.

Jay, I used Photoshop to turn these around. Hope thats OK. Actually printing these out on the glossy paper works out well too.

I think that Frank or Dario at Casino Glass in Las Vegas might have the inserts. I was lucky enough to get to go inside their warehouse and see all the glass. I could smell the cigarettes and old lady perfume wafting through the air from the many years of old slot machine glass. It was a real treat and Dario is a great guy.
