When he talked about changing payout percentages, he commented that only server based machines could be changed without changing the physical chips (like on a S+). I thought S2000 machines could be changed in the menu. Or do they need a key chip to change it?

Interesting video but his site seems to not be working. Anyone else having trouble checking things on his website?

Poppo, the SB chip used in the S2000 machines has an assortment of payback % options programmed on the chip that can be selected using a keychip with zero credits on the machine. On mult-denom machines a differant payback can be selected for each denom. Kirk in Vegas mentioned that casinos changing these at will is unlikely as there is a mountain of paperwork involved with ANY changes made to a machine
