i just got a s2000 hopper for my machine and when i tryed to cash out for the first time the wheel is spining backwards and no quarters are shooting out.
anyone have any ideas? thanks.

Hopefully its the easy fix

Easy  -Somebody swapped the wires around on your hopper motor. Check if there is a + and - printed on the hopper motor and if corresponds to red and black wire.
Not so Easy - It is detecting a hopper jam and is trying to correct it. If you leave it to run it should eventually give some kind on error on screen. If the first fix does not work let us know what error it shows
