It is buzzing like it getting AC current through it.
I temporarily removed it from the harness until I could figure out what is causing it to buzz.

Fix:
I found the issue the Ground Wires came out of the tap in connectors I used to get the 13 VDC, 25VDC and 2 Ground wires.

Good job finding the loose wires!!!
Where did you hear the buzzing noise from?
Sound coming from the speaker? Scratch Head

The Ferrite EFI/RFI choke was buzzing.
The loop of wires going through it created the magnetic field and it was vibrating the 2 pieces of ferrite or being attracted to nearby metal parts.

I had the same problem a few months ago. People thought it was in my head Scratch Head  bust gut laughing  Moved the harness away from the MPU case and it stopped.

Make the loop bigger around the choke as well, this will reduce buzzing sometimes

I've been under the weather today...
didn't go in to work...my mind is uh....
constipated from too much thickly cheesed canadian pizza I had last night.... bawling

After about 2 chocolate candy bars, a jug of YooHoo drink, plus a glass of milk...I feel a lot better.

That's so good too but really it's the pepperoni's...
it's NOT the same as the greasy American style pepperoni....
there's something different about them and
I think it has to do with the meat importation laws or something...
someone that worked near a border pizzeria told me that fact.
You just won't find that kind of pepperoni in the states.
