Is it possible to use 27c512 chips for the CG chips (MRO, MBO, MGO, MXO) when 27c256 chips are normally called for?  I know it's possible to do an offset of some kind with the S+ to use larger chips in place of smaller chips -- was wondering if anyone had any experience with the PE+?

Thanks Dave.

Some of the multi-poker (or maybe all of them?) require 512s for the CGs -- it's the solo games that call for 256s, but I'm thinking I can use 512s with the offset...

Multi pokers use 256K's for CG's.  The only game I found that uses 512 for CG is Blackjack.

Good to know.  I must be thinking of the CGs for the multi-poker with the wingboard, as I know they use 512s.  I also just found out that Jackpot Poker uses 512s for the CGs.   propeller

All that said, has anyone successfully used 27c512 chips as CG chips when only 256 was called for?

Have not tried it but if I was so inclined would just cut & paste the 256k image twice to make a 512k and then burn to chip and see what happens.
