I set the sound on this pinball machine and it works just fine, when I turn the machine off for a period of time and turn it back on, the sound is set to off and I have to step through the switches on the door and turn it back on. Any way to correct this?

Thanks,

David

Are you losing any other settings (high scores, any game rule changes, etc.)?  If so, I would suspect a dead or weak battery in the topbox.

does this game use 3 standard AA batteries like on a Williams pinball such as a F-14 Combat, or is it a battery that is soldered to the board?

Ok, thanks. So after I change the batteries and step through the menu from the buttons on the coin door to turn the sound back on, is there a setting to "save" or will it just save the settings automatically?
