Title: Revenge of doh board help

My Revenge of DOH board had a problem with the red blocks.They look washed or partially disappearing.Only happens with red blocks..Please help

Check R22 through R25 and the 74LS273 next to it.

The red output is from the PROM A75-07 to the LS273 to the resistors then through L6 and across C5 before hitting the edge connector.

I just happened to have one on the bench tonight that I'm scrapping so I took a look for you. I needed the PC030CM hybrid module off of it so that a Bubble Bobble would live again. :)

My question now is how do I test these chips ? All I have is a nice fluke multimeter

This is where you test the resistors with the meter and just replace the chips since you don't have a logic probe or an oscilloscope to check them with.
