Welcome to the site.

I've moved your post to the IGT S+ section.

There is not an error code 13. Perhaps the last cash-out was for 13 credits? Is your machine working? Can you insert a coin or bill?

Every time? That's really odd. Is it holding accumulated credits when power is restored?

(That is, if you have 35 credits on the credit meter, turn the game off, then turn it back on, are there still 35 credits?)

When the machine is idle, open the door and turn off the power switch. Just don't open the door when the reels are spinning or you'll cause yourself a headache.

In reality, there isn't much difference between flipping the switch off or your son pulling the plug.

Do you know what SP chip is in your "13" machine?
