how do you change out a dbv 145 to a dbv 200 one says 117 volt and the other 12 volt so there must be some wire changes? Are other parts needed?

117 volt??? I think you're reading something wrong...that could really get exciting with 117 volts! Both are same, 12 volt. You just swap the head to a DBV200...

However, if your power supply doesn't have vents in it, you need to put in one of the vented power supplies to run a DBV-200.  The non-vented supplies don't have enough juice.

Check the wiring for voltages...I have never seen a S+ with a 145 that used 117vac ...They are supposed to be 12vdc...DO NOT plug in the BV200 you will destroy it if there is 117vac at the connector...You should have a little black power supply next to the BV that supplies 12VDC!...You will need to change that to a vented one for the 200...
