So I haven't even gotten my slot working yet, but I'm dead-set on getting custom glass printed... Yet another money pit...  Silly Me!

Does anyone have exact dimensions for IGT S+ Head (16") Reel, and Head glass?

If so, any chance someone has a template I can work from? (I know I'm asking a lot)

If no one supplies you with factory drawings/dimensions, I have one I can pull the glass
from and measure. Just tell me exactly what pieces you need measured.

On the other hand, there is a gentleman on this site who makes superb custom slot glass
with artwork to your wants. He will undoubtedly give you better quality at a better price
than anything you will be able to do on your own.

I haven't gotten any factory drawings/dimensions.. it would be GREAT if you'd be willing to do that..

If you're talking about AngryNinja or the guy who got that 5 Times Parrot thing done, I'm with you.. I've seen some of the work here and it's incredible.

For me, the design is most of the fun of it.  I'm not a graphic artist, but do dabble a bit...  having something drawn up completely by me is really what's driving the want to do this.

I really appreciate you taking the time.  Thanks again!

OK, I have GrandPa duty today and tomorrow, so it'll take a coupla' days.

In the meantime, is there a reason not to measure the glass on your own machine? Scratch Head

I will likely not have time to do it as i'm travelling for business for the next week.  I'll have very limited downtime at home for the next week or so.  If i can get a template however, I can start working on the artwork during some downtime in hotels..

Was able to work on it a bit this morning while Shortcake took a nap.
These dimensions are from an IGT S+ Slam Dunk. Note that the glass is
a little bit sloppy fit in the machine, appropriate for high volume manufacture.

TOP GLASS
Outside dims 15" high X 19 1/2" wide
Machine opening 14 1/16" high X 19 3/4" wide
NOTE: In this piece only, the machine frame DOES NOT overlap the glass on the sides;
the glass is narrower than the opening.

REEL GLASS
Outside dims 8 1/4" high X 19 3/8" wide
Machine opening 7 3/4" high X 18 1/2" wide

BELLY GLASS
Outside dims 9 5/8" high X 20 3/8" wide
Machine opening 8 5/8" high X 19 1/2" wide
