IGT S Plus wild cherry having reel tilt issues

my IGT S plus wild cherry nickle denom is having reel tilt issues it will play for a random amount of time then a reel will tilt out it happens with all three. Then after opening the door and closing it (to clear the error) it may or may not play and it may or may not show a reel tilt from the same or different reel. I recently replaced the Motherboard Battery and did the chip reset with no issues(when I got the game it was inop due to low voltage)  and it has had this issue ever since I fixed the last issue. Does this have anything to do with the door or the reels touching somewhere on the door?

It could be a physical reel tilt, with something rubbing somewhere, but you should see signs of it. Also, this would probably always be on the same reel. I would try giving the reel harness connector plug thingamajigs a good cleaning with contact cleaner and a stiff toothbrush to eliminate the possibility of a simple dirty or bad connection.
