Does anyone have any information about this Universal slot machine model 8529...Looking for manual if possible...

Universal didn't use a model #. The 8529 would be the game eprom # and I can't find that in my game lists?? What theme is the game?

I have a universal "Happy Hour" slot machine all it does is light up. Nothing moves and the quarters do not go down. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Not familar with the Happy Hour theme. Could you post a pic of the machine?
If it is an 8116 mpu board machine I would suspect the noise filter in the power supply.
