The last thread broke so let's try again.
Codes 1=3398, 2=0001, 3=8967, 4=0006, 5=0000, 6=85.

The meshplated box on the backwall Uniman asked about is a 220>110V converter, I guess they didn't have a PSU made for they European market and used an converter instead.
The smaller board on the bottom with wires going down into the cashbox is a bill validator made by Innovative Technology LTD. My machine takes 1,5 and 10 "Kronor" Coins, 20, 50 and 100 "Kronor" bills.

I'll attach the same pictures I did last time.

The photosensor "override" this machine has:
The thing is this setup works great, but this machine has never been configured for a hopper and I want to install one and thus I need these sensor connected so the machine can tell where to coins end up, in the hopper or cashbox.
The problem is when I connect them I get 1 in "Credit Meter" AND 1 in "Coins Played Meter", so i get 2 plays for 1 coin. That goes on up to 3 coins i the "Coins Played Meter" as 3 is the max. Ideas?

And this is the machine itself:
The other guy that posted (don't remember the name): Yea, looks like you're right, It's a version of double jackpot that the importer decided to call "lyckohjulet" or Happyreels/wheels in English

Ok, this what I see.
Your Game Chip or Personality Chip located at board position 2A (8967) is the correct Universal number for that game.
Your Machine Chip, also called System Chip located at position 4A has a number of 3398. This is NOT a Universal number. Universal numbered their chips by year of development. The game chip was developed in 1989 and was the 67th game or version developed.

I suspect that 3398 chip is a custom chip. Pretty sure it is. The 6th number in the win meter of 85 tells me your credit limit is 85. Is that right? Your dip switch settings on the sub-board indicate a 10 coin limit on normal Universal programs. So the 85 looks like a custom.

I think if you had the right machine chip, I think it is 8933 but need to check, then the machine would work with a hopper and no credits unless coins inserted.

I believe my credit limit is 400 as It wont take more coins or bills at that point. So what the 85 means is a good question.

That "original" chip you are talking about, would you be able to supply one, or the code so I can burn one myself?
And the hopper, do you have an estimate what one would cost+shipping? if they are available at all?
