would a bad battery cause it not to power up?When i turn it on only the top and belly glass lights come on.I bought this last night thinking it was a easy fix or someone could use it for parts.The lady i bought it from said it had a low battery and she never fixed it then it "died"

anyone looking for parts let me know asap im stripping it out this week good glass, cabinet it was missing a board when i got it. need anything let me know!!!
