I need to know how to clear an error on my machine.  The error is reset 50.

Also, where can we buy new touch screen crt monitors for these?

Unfortunately, you need a clear chip to clear errors, and the VLC clear chips are very hard (and expensive) to find.

Where are you located?  Do you know the chip number on the PAL chip on your machine?

I can't help you with where to buy a replacement monitor, although someone else here may know.
