I have two of these each has different problem. first one reset fail 12 back up ram#2  low is that the Dallas safety battery?   second one says critical data system failure error 0  have pictures but can not get to upload.  any ideas help would be appreciated. thanks James

What model machine?
If 8724 what number is on the little chip in socket U35?

yes 8724 but not able to look at the machine until after the 1st of the year. I will post again then.  thanks
