Nice videos Mark.
I know when I play IGT's at the casino I can feel the handle solenoid click when holding the handle. Does your custom rig still have a handle?
If so, does the handle solenoid click too?
Sure seems like the diverter solenoid clicking would have been brought to light some time ago.  Scratch Head

On a Bally you can turn that on or off.  I kinda like the thud.

lol....Using the Options <2> 0 or <2> 1 turns the clicking of the solenoid gate on or off on a SP1274 chip.
I think those options also control the reel spin sounds as well.

As far as a handle mech, This unit is strictly a "Test" machine I made...it's completely in the open and is NOT contained in a cabinet of any kind. The hopper base is screwed into the top of a old wooden cash drop stand. The handle mechs I have but am not using them really...I'd have to bolt it to the wall!....lol
I know the handle solenoid clicks in unison with the divertor solenoid...maybe I'll post a short video Monday...

By the way, does anyone know why two videos get posted up here ,
when all I did was "copy and paste" the "imbed" dialog box from youtube?

Yes -- the new forum software will automatically convert YouTube video URLs into embedded videos.  The embed code from YouTube isn't compatible, per se, but since that code has the URL of the video twice, it winds up displaying the video twice in your post.  Edit your post and remove ALL of the embed coding except for one instance of the actual URL starting with http:// and click "save" -- your post will then show the video just once with no extra garbage code next to it.
