Hi there, im new to the boards and to slots in general. I was given a psincho(sp?) machine about a year ago and diddent really do much to it as it was working good.

Today i recieved a bally's s5500 Blazing 7's slot mahcine but i has a few problems. I would like to fix it myself but dont know the first thing about the machine and dont have a manual. Does anyone know where i could find a pdf version? When i turned it on the first time it went threw a bootup sequence and at the end it kept flashing c2 c11 c14 (i think it was 11). Turned it off and back on, the codes diddent come back up.

The game is all lit up but it's blinking. There is no sound, it wont accept coins or bills, the reels dont move when it gets turned back on. Does anyone have any clue what to do? It looks like i need to clear the blinking before i can do anything else but no clue how to do that. Thankyou in advance.
81 is the payed line.

Your code 81 is dead battery, you'll have to replace the battery on the board then clear the ram and should play straight away

Your board may be key locked in, if there's a keyhole you may have to drill the lock to get the board out

Went back and did a reboot, it cleared code 40 so only code 54 left. Does anyone know how to clear that last one?

Code 54 - "The Drop Door switch senses the door is open"

Do you have a cash can installed?
If not you will have to close the micro switch manually.

Jammed a card in there and it runs like a champ. Best part is her mom is PISSED because she had it for 5 years and could never get it to work and i'v had it less then 24 hours. W00t! thankyou everyone for your help!
