I picked up a Fortune 1 Draw Poker that I'm trying to bring back to life. I've read through the old posts and it seems to indicate the CG chips might be bad.  Is there a way to verify the chips are not corrupt?  

If I understand it, the CG chips are character generators and I'm guessing the the other 2 hold the programming.  Can anyone confirm my understanding?

I bought a reader so that I can start backing up all my software just as soon as I figure out how to use it.

Here is the following chip location on a Fortune 1:
B8 = CAP Chip (Controls the color palettes for the CGs, you will have trouble trying to back this one up unless you have a very expensive programmer)
B12 = CG0 (Graphic Chip Part 1)
B15 = CG1 (Graphic Chip Part 2)
C5 = Program Chip (Game Program Part 1)
C7 = Program Chip (Game Program Part 2)

The Fortune I was unable to fit the entire program in memory at once, so it had to resort to bank-switching in order to execute all the code and graphics.

There is also a separate daughter board that holds 2 chips containing the sounds and music for the game.

I was finally able to read the chips by making an adapter.  Is there a way to verify the data on the chips is correct?  Is there a check sum I can compare to?  This is for the Fortune I Draw Poker.  If anyone has a known good set of chips they would like to sell, let me know how much.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
