I have a Fortune that is showing the dreaded 5 Aces..When I hit the coin-in switch it toggles between this and the audit page..The reset key does the same thing....The leds are not showing the right combinations as per the manual when I hit the player switches...In the manual it talks about checking continuity on the orange wire going to the matrix....The only thing I have there is the reset switch, jack pot reset and the two jumpers....I also want to take out the player switches and don't want to tear up anything..Can someone give the procedure for doing this...I installed a new battery. Ive read that a bad battery may cause the 5 Aces......Any comments would be very welcome......Mark

I know next to nothing about the machines.  All I found was this post which says to turn the jackpot reset key when you're on the screen with the five aces.

Thanks for the reply....I read through every post and saw that at the bottom of page two...I'm wondering if it has to do with the Hold Deal switches since the LEDS do not light up in the right sequence.....Who is the best one to answer this......Is there someone here that's well versed on these machines...maybe I can send them a  IM ..sometimes that works better to get a response...Thanks again....Mark waving flag waving flag waving flag
