I have a 4th of july and I am using sg 000363 and sb 001000 and an splus game chip is there a better sound card for this game than the dsv 42

I don't think 4th of July, double spin double diamond, spin till you win, etc. was ever ported over to S2000, so you're stuck with generic sounds.

...and (correct me if I'm wrong) I believe that one loses the re-spin song options when the games are installed in an S2000. They are best played on an S+ with an SP1048 or earlier.

You might trial and error with some other DSV's but there really was nothing specific for that game.. might get some weird spin or credit add sounds, as seen in other threads.
