i have recently bought several boards but not sure what programs are on them

22, 54 an 118 and 298 ...yours has the sb chip? mine is the sb1000 and a bootchip but not a "real" sb chip

i am looking for a r board similiar to what you have...triple double diamond with free play 20 line but cant find what info i need

Yup. I had other 5R 200CM games that had the SB1000's I think. Don't have them anymore to check.

did you put the sb chip in the board to make it work with the game or was it already in the machine when you got it..i guess im trying to figure out what chips have to be in the boards now...not sure if there is a seperate sb chip for my 20line trip dbl diamond

It came that way.. I know a guy with a clone of this 'FreeGame 5L', and he has the exact Rboard and SB.. So I assume that's needed for those type. - Now the 5R 200CM games I had, didn't need the SB, just an SB1000 (99% sure, can verify that with a call.).

Another thing I noticed was when going through the sounds on an Rboard, there are Haywire sounds, and many many others. I was thinking 1 Rboard can support numerous games.. I'm prob wrong, but why have the sounds on a game that'll never use them? Hmmm

I would love to know more about them..

my 5 reel 40 line 3x 4x 5x doesnt need a sb chip either...has the boot and sb1000 chip

what i need software for is the 20 line 3 reel triple double diamond with 12 free games...im not sure if there is a real sb chip or if its one that is flashed onto a board...the sound that you talk about is probably like the older s2000's...the sb had all kinds of sounds built into it also...i think the game was specific on what sounds it needed to draw from the chip or the sound simm if it was installed

General rule to keep in mind...98% of games that have more than 9 lines will require an R board.

from what im reading here, there are atleast 2 different configurations for an  r-board...either with a flashed chip configuration, consisisting of a boot chip and sb10000....then it seems that there is an actual sb chip and bootchip configuration, but im not sure if that board would be specific to this chip

do you know if it needs a specific r-board to run on, or does anyone work because it has the sb chip?

rocky mountain slots had the machine on their website, but says it was sold and is gone...i asked about the r-board configuration, but not gotten a reply back

does any of this make sense?

Just to clear this up, all R Boards are flashed for the specific game but some just use an SB001000 and others use a specific SB chip to supplement the code that is flashed on the board.

There are different Clear/Key chips. RBK 1, RBK 2, RBK 3 and I think there's a RBK 4. The chips Clear and Key the machine.

I have only had to use an RBK 1 and 2 for the Rboard games I have come across.
