This is a 24 Volt DC Power supply (2.5 Amp rating) that is most likely used for your Florescent lighting. Purple (V+) and Black (V-) is the 24 Volt DC output pair.  yes
The other Three connections that are paralleled to the open Terminals that are hanging are your 120 Volt AC input wires (L = Line (hot), N = Neutral  and Ground)  As Wired in your machine will be:  L= White, N= Black, Ground = Blue

First Thing I would suggest before you attempt any power would be to separately tape up each of the exposed terminals that are hanging loose (where the missing power supply was) with electrical tape so they don't short together or to chassis.  ttth lightning bolt

Do you have an old computer power supply (Since we don't know what the current requirements are - The higher the Wattage Rating the better)?  yes
