Title: Should handle pull 'pause' a payout?
Post by: frenchmarky on July 31, 2011, 04:47:12 AM
If a winning combo comes up on a typical Bally EM, and the now-locked handle is yanked on during the payout, should it interrupt the payout until the handle is released again?  Just asking because my 873 *used* to do that, but now it doesn't and not sure which way is correct.  Could have been something that got fixed (?) when I was doing some adjustment somewhere or another.
This question would also include hitting the winning payout, but keeping the handle pulled all the way down instead of releasing it, but of course that could involve totally different switch(s) than just yanking on the handle when it is locked during the actual payout.
Not a real earth-shattering issue as otherwise everything works fine now on it, but what the heck thought I'd check for sure.
Thanks!
