I had to bitch to someone.
I ordered new windows for the house. Went to put in today. 2 ARE THE WRONG SIZE. They made them wrong, it's their fault & they admit it.
Next, The front of house is brick. OK, got them in except for wrong window.
Go to rear of house & discover have to remove NEW siding to put new windows in. They nailed the J channel to windows.
So today sucked.

Dam things are made 7 miles from me & they say 2 wk. to fix their mistake.

If you've paid in full already - you're off their high priority list -
there's no need for them to rush fixing their mistake now.
Sale is already made...

I wish things were different and people atoned for their mistakes ASAP.
