Hi

The company became GPT later on. good website but that BV is 3 generation behind so nothing on website
Unfortunately cant find a manual for that BV. Not even from the CBV rep here in south Africa. There was a post about these in the Atronic section.
Regarding your calibration problem all you need to do is cut a piece of plain white paper to the same size as a bill. You flip a dipswitch and insert this paper to perform what is called a video level adjustment. Will see if i have that page that was posted somewhere as that had the dipswitch setting on.
