Hello All:
I have a new machine that I’m not acquainted with yet. A Gamemaker 7000 upright. I have opened the door on the side, but I can’t coax the cash box out of the machine. Some thing is hanging up, or I don’t know where the secret release is. If you folks could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful. Thanks 2Moons

The lock is on the ends.
Insert a credit card on each end between the stacker and the housing, it will pull out.
They make a removal tool / security cover for those stackers.

2Moons, keep the cashbox out and see if you get an error when you close the door. Many vendors cut and tape the wires that allow the box to be out. This makes it much easier to run bills though. I run a few $100 bills through with the side door open, build up the credits and move on to the next machine. Very convenient!
