Well,  What game is it and base/gm chips?  Thanks B.  You may need to disable sas altogther but need to know what you have and are running first.

Try going into accounting and disabling any thing to do with sas.  Was this a new game change/convert?.  Need a little bit more info to nail this one for you.  Sas is "slot acounting system' -not needed unless you are trying to run some off the wall stuff.

Sounds like progressive is set up for SAS.  Go to the KEY Chip menu and see if progressive is turned on and set to SAS.  If so you will need a KEY chip to turn it off.

Opended the KEY chip menu and turned off all of the SAS stuff rebooted the machine. I had to open and closed the door a couple of times to clear the SAS message, with that gone I got the message Door M open and restart on the display. I tried inserting a bill and every thing is up and running applause applause applause

Thanks to all for your input.

Cool,  I like double/triple luckey 7's -one of my favorites.  I am a sucker for 7's machines!.  Glad it worked out-sounded last night as if just a setting and a minor issue.  B.
