Does anyone know if WMS BB2 software Alice & The Mad Tea Party D5A2-000-1000 requires a dongle ???? Is there a list of BB2 games that show the ones that needs dongles ???? Thanks for any help.

No dongle required for that game version.  All the newer WMS games do require a dongle though.  Alice is not a new game so no dongle needed.
