I know this has been addressed but I can't find it.  I have 3.1.7.1 enabled and 3.1.7.2 set for 50 coins. If I press cash out machine ask me if I really want to do this if yes press cash out, if no press max bet. Press cash out and printer prints ticket, nothing from hopper. Disable printer and hopper will pay out full amount. What am I missing in set up??   Help Help

Did you set hopper for amount. I think it's 3.1.4

When you have them set & you go to cash out it asks you then you push cash or service. (the button on your far left)

Ford Thanks  it worked by pressing the call button, but it never tells you to press that button. I thought my problem might be because I'm messing around with a SB001000 base chip.

on the display it gives you different choices.
PRESS CHANGE FOR TICKET & $ ? COINS   is what comes up on all of my machines.

Press Cash out you'll get: 

1.  Press Cash for a ticket
2.  Press Play Max Credits to cancel
3.  Press Change for coins only

Because of that, I had to satisfy my OCD by making sure that the far left button had a "Change" legend and not a "Service" legend.  I also had to change my large "Play 2/3 Credits" legend to a "Play Max Credits" legend. 

Yes it makes my world go round.

I have a red "Service" legend on mine and it drives me nuts...lol

A "Call" button would mess with my mind even more... rotflmao
