Does igt use a regular font for #7 . if so any one know what it is .I'm making a custom game and want to impose  # 7 over a pic.   thanks

No.
IGT uses their own copyrighted fonts.
They'd be really mad at you if you steal their graphics.
(All though they don't have a problem with stealing others...lol)

Design and draw your very own nice 7 using your paint.net program that suits your liking!  yes
Imagination is king!
