My s+ round top came with these turn latches instead of locks on the door and belly glass. My new machine has locks and it's a PITA. Anyone know where to get these?

Joey installs them on all of his machines with outer cash doors (like Bally & Wms). I don't know if he has extras to sell, but you might want to give him a call.

They also sell them at Motor Homes (camper stores) parts stores. They use them on excess doors. They also have keyed ones. You have to look at
the hole size and length of the lever on the back.

Yep that's it, 5/8". Sometimes you have to grind off the end of the lever to make it shorter for the BVD door.
